So I’ve spent the past month or so speaking with those who manage global websites — learning the latest developments from their organizations — and now I dive into research. Lots of research. There is no outsourcing of labor here, which some might think is insane or simply a poor use of time. But the fact is, nobody else would know the history of these websites like I do.
And I enjoy it.
I have a feeling this is going to a very unique Report Card and not just because of the year we’ve had, but because of a few seismic shifts in how we work, shop and play — and how those shifts will live on beyond the pandemic.
A few notes:
