A seemingly simple thing, an Español link in the header of WhiteHouse.gov. As seen above, the link toggles between English and Spanish.
The past four years has seen an English-only website. Because language itself had become politicized.
So getting back to a bilingual website is a step forward, a sign that languages are not the enemy. Multiple languages represent a return to communication and understanding, not just with one another but with the world.
A few more languages on this website would be even better, but first things first…
